My research is focused on designing chemosensory algorithms for an e-nose emulating the computational principles of the mammalian olfactory system. Just like the brain, these powerful algorithms can learn from few examples and can also aid in future learning tasks (transfer learning). In addition, I am working upon applying these learning algorithms for solving other artificial intelligence tasks such as in healthcare. I am also interested in exploring novel ways of solving artificial intelligence problems and their implementations in low-power embedded systems. See my research page for details.
